Shawn and his team have always been exceedingly accommodating and helpful whether I have service scheduled or have needed to get a tow to the shop without planning. The work has always been done fast and they often do small extras to help extend the life of the car. Prices are very reasonable and I've never felt like I'm being taken advantage of and they will always explain anything in more detail to make sure that I feel comfortable with the work they are suggesting. Even going as far as making sure I understand what is time sensitive and what can wait.

Sean is THE best mechanic I have ever had. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Not only is he a great mechanic but he is a wonderful person. I will never go to another mechanic as long as I live in the Prescott area. He's always taken care of me and my car. I can't thank Sean enough for all hes done for me over the years.
