- Test drive while monitoring ECM – Cylinder #5 fuel injector cutting out – Replace and test drive – still the same – ECM shutting injector off because of misfire – likely lifter not working correctly would have to pull valve cover to diagnose further – Replacing lifter driver side – $4000-5000 – Replacing all lifters – $4500-6000
- ELECTRONIC IGNITION (MINOR) – Tune – V8 – [Includes: Check compression. Clean or replace Air Cleaner Element and Spark Plugs. Inspect or replace Coil Boots or Ignition Cables.]
- Foam upper induction system. Clean throttle body and MAF sensor Check air filter & replace if needed Add fuel injector cleaner to tank Test drive and monitor ECM
- AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID – Drain & Refill – 8 Spd Trans w/o Drain Plug – [Includes: Additional time for use of scan tool to perform this procedure.]
